someone’s fingerprint

in the dust Michael

the label spinning

on the record player Bruce

eight-track console

glowing green in the dark

click repeat Kevin

a Walkman strapped

to the skier’s chest Michael

slot-load CD

goes in smooth

but then ejects Bruce

500 GB of music

but nothing to listen to Kevin
